• Fazaa Discount Policy: Orders with Fazaa discounts can be exchanged or refunded as store credit.
• Promotional Items: Items purchased during promotions are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged with a nominal fee.
• Final Inspection: Returns must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and tickets attached.
• Gift Cards: Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for gift cards.
