Exchange Policy – No Refunds
At LEBBSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While refunds are not permitted, we do offer an exchange option under specific conditions. Please read the details below carefully.

General Exchange Terms
Refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances. We only accept exchanges.

You may exchange an item within 5 days of receiving your order if you need a different size or color.

Items must be:

Unused

In saleable condition

With original tags and packaging intact

Home wear items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@lebbse.com with your order details.

Exchange Procedure – UAE & Jordan
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you via email to arrange a pickup.

After the item is collected, we will inspect it and process the exchange.

A shipping fee (ranging from $20 to $25) will be required based on your location. A payment link will be sent.

After payment confirmation, your replacement item will be shipped within 14 working days.

The item must be returned in its original condition with all labels intact.

Exchange Procedure – Other Countries
Customers outside the UAE and Jordan are responsible for shipping the item to our address in the UAE.

Once shipped, you must share the air waybill (AWB) number with us to track the package.

After we receive and inspect the item, a store credit will be issued for use on your next order.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or if there’s a manufacturing defect, LEBBSE will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Taxes & Shipping
Our store is based in Turkey, and all orders are shipped from there.

Orders may be subject to VAT or customs duties depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a LEBBSE error or a defective product.

Important Notes
Refunds are not available. Exchanges only.

Customers are entitled to one-time exchange only. No further exchanges will be accepted after the initial exchange has been completed.

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
